The successful CNC Setter/Operator - Sliding Head will play a key role within the machining department, supporting production through effective machine setting, programming and process optimisation.

- Producing precision engineered components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department
- Ensuring machines operate efficiently and safely
- Minimum 3 years’ experience setting and programming sliding head CNC machinery
- Strong experience with Star and/or Citizen machines
- Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
