Salary: £38,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Overtime

Shift Pattern - Permanent Night Shift

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Friday: 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Role Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC machinery
  • Producing precision-engineered components to specification
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Carrying out in-process inspection checks
  • Completing production and quality documentation
  • Supporting production targets and efficiency improvements
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
  • Working closely with Team Leaders and production teams

The Person:

  • Previous CNC setting and operating experience
  • Experience within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Good understanding of quality inspection processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and proactive approach to work
