The Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service answering enquiries by phone, live chat and written communication
  • Build strong rapport with customers, providing support and guidance
  • Assess applications and review documents using established guidelines and quality standards
  • Handle customer requests and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider team, including contributing to training and shared service goals

Person Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service advisory role, ideally including administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethos, with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grades A* - C / 9 - 4
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
