We are currently working with a manufacturing company who are looking to expand their team by taking on a Marketing Executive to join their growing and friendly team. The successful candidate will support product strategy, development, and performance across the full product lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to help products succeed in the market.
Benefits:
- Salary from Β£32,000 - Β£35,000 based upon experience
- Up to 10% yearly bonus based on company performance
- Hours Monday β Friday 8am to 4.30pm
- Permanent, stable role within a growing organisation during an exciting period of expansion
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (Christmas Shutdown, 3 extra days given to employees to cover this)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Support product and brand strategy
- Identify market gaps and help drive new product development
- Work with suppliers on product information and materials
- Supporting with packaging, launch plans, and promotional activity
- Gathering customer feedback and monitor market trends
- Reviewing product performance and prepare reports
- Suggesting improvements based on performance insights
- Creation of product messaging and training content
- Join customer visits and support technical discussions
- Support margin improvement opportunities
- Ensure products meet required standards and directives
- Contribute to sustainability activity with a commercial focus
- Manage products across the existing portfolio
- Support the resolution of product quality issues
Essential Experience/Qualifications required:
- Must have qualification within marketing related studies or equivalent working experience within a commercial marketing position
- At least 1 year within a product based marketing position
- Interested in sustainability and product innovation
- Confident communicator, able to share ideas
- Organised, methodical and eager to learn
- Proactive and analytical
- Able to work well within a team
