The Senior Store Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence of the Thomas Pink store. - Ensure VM standards are consistently executed to drive sales density and maximise product performance.

- Local Business & Community Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses, hotels, and corporate partners to drive new customer acquisition and footfall.

- Operational Excellence & Stock Management
- Ensure full operational compliance, stock integrity, and loss prevention standards are maintained.
