The Senior Store Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence of the Thomas Pink store. Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver regular in-store events to drive engagement, strengthen client relationships, and generate incremental sales opportunities.
  • Service Proposition & Experience Development
    • Build out and continuously elevate the store service proposition to deliver a premium customer experience.
    • Lead the roll-out of made-to-measure services, ensuring full team capability and commercial confidence.
  • Visual Merchandising & Commercial Presentation
    • Ensure VM standards are consistently executed to drive sales density and maximise product performance.
    • Use visual merchandising strategically to highlight key product stories and support conversion.
    • Maintain a premium, aspirational store environment aligned with brand expectations.
  • Local Business & Community Engagement
    • Develop strong relationships with local businesses, hotels, and corporate partners to drive new customer acquisition and footfall.
    • Identify and execute local partnerships, collaborations, and events to enhance brand presence.
    • Leverage community engagement to support both CRM growth and store performance.
  • Operational Excellence & Stock Management
    • Ensure full operational compliance, stock integrity, and loss prevention standards are maintained.
    • Work closely with warehouse and merchandising teams to ensure effective store replenishment and availability of key lines.
    • Oversee all store operations including scheduling, payroll, and administrative accuracy.
  • Leadership & Team Development
