We are seeking a commercially driven and creatively minded Marketing Manager to play a key role in redefining the brand proposition of Thomas Pink while also leading the launch and growth of its diffusion line, Pink London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Proposition Development
    • Support the redefinition and articulation of the Thomas Pink brand proposition.
    • Define and differentiate the positioning of Pink London, ensuring clear separation while maintaining overall brand coherence.
    • Develop compelling messaging, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks across both brands.
    • Establish and maintain a distinctive visual identity and “visual handwriting.”
  • Marketing Planning & Calendar
    • Build and own the annual marketing calendar across both Thomas Pink and Pink London.
    • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns aligned to key trading moments.
    • Identify and leverage culturally relevant moments to drive engagement.
    • Ensure alignment across all channels including paid, organic, PR, and partnerships.
  • Performance & Growth Marketing
    • Own and optimise performance channels including PPC, paid social, and display.
    • Drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value across both brands.
    • Deliver continuous improvement in ROI and ROAS across all paid activity.
    • Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Organic, Content & Creative Production
    • Lead organic growth across social media and SEO.
    • Own end-to-end content creation for marketing and eCommerce across both brands.
    • Plan and manage photoshoots and videography, from concept to execution.
    • Develop distinct yet complementary creative directions for Thomas Pink and Pink London.
    • Ensure all content reflects a cohesive and premium brand narrative.
  • Social, Influencers & Partnerships
    • Develop and execute an impactful influencer marketing strategy across both brands.
    • Build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
    • Support the launch and scaling of Pink London through targeted partnerships and community building.
  • Wholesale Marketing & Partnerships
    • Partner closely with wholesale accounts to support sell-through and brand presentation.
    • Develop co-branded marketing plans, toolkits, and assets.
    • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across third-party environments.
    • Support wholesale distribution and awareness for both Thomas Pink and Pink London.
  • Brand Building & PR
    • Work closely with external PR agencies to deliver campaigns and media coverage.
    • Lead PR and launch strategy for Pink London.
    • Support brand campaigns, launches, and events across both brands.
  • Creative Direction & Storytelling
    • Lead the development of seasonal campaigns and brand narratives.
    • Translate strategy into compelling visual and editorial stories.
    • Oversee high-quality creative output across all channels.
