About the Opportunity
Thomas Patrick Recruitment is partnering with an exciting high-growth SaaS organisation to appoint an SDR Lead to join their expanding commercial function in London. This is an opportunity to join a scaling business where you will play a significant role in shaping and building an outbound sales function. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they can both lead from the front and remain hands-on. This is not a pure management role.
The successful individual will operate in a 70% leadership / 30% individual contributor (IC) capacity, managing a team while continuing to actively contribute to pipeline generation and sales activity. You will coach, mentor and develop a team of SDRs/BDRs whilst still personally engaging in outbound activity, including cold calling, opening target accounts and taking qualified opportunities through the sales process.
