Thomas Middlecott Academy is seeking an Alternative Provision Mentor to support identified at-risk pupils as part of a coordinated school and agency response. The role focuses on improving behaviour, engagement and well-being, with a permanent contract for 37 hours per week across 39 weeks a year, term-time only.
The successful candidate will have:
- GCSE/NVQ 2 in English and Maths
- Experience with children in education
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with parents, staff and the wider community
