Thomas Mansfield Solicitors Limited are a rapidly expanding firm of solicitors specialising in employment, family, private client law and dispute resolution. Currently based in London and Kent, we have built an enviable reputation for the provision of legal services to businesses and individuals based on employing an experienced team of professionals delivering excellent client care.

We are seeking a professional and organised part-time Receptionist to join our team based in our office in the High Street in Tunbridge Wells.

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Take accurate details from walk-ins or calls of their enquiries to pass onto our teams.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Be responsible for locking and setting the alarm when leaving the office.
  • Report any issues with maintenance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, when requested.

Work Location: In person

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office setting desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative duties.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel.

The right person for this position will have attention to detail, be friendly, responsible, diligent, and willing to be flexible.

Hours of Work: 0830am-5pm Thursdays and Fridays, 0830am-4pm Saturdays

Job Type: Part-time Thursday, Friday and Saturday
