We are seeking a skilled and experienced digital marketing communications specialist, with a strong background in managing and developing websites and digital channels to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to develop content campaigns, promote our services, build brand awareness, and generate leads. This is a newly created role, which will report to the Head of Marketing & Business Development.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a digital strategy which involves creating a comprehensive plan for utilising digital channels to achieve business goals, enhance client experiences, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage, maintain and develop the firm's websites and social media channels, including creating and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and inquiries.
- Drive the continuous optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing and other online advertising campaigns.
- Ensure unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Develop and manage online reputation and review management strategies.
- Collaborate with the firm’s practice groups to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for specific legal services.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, guides, FAQs, and other thought leadership content.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as web developers, designers, and digital marketing agencies.
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour data to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Key skills & experience required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant digital marketing qualifications.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the legal industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and other online advertising channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of copywriting for web.
- Proficiency in online customer experience (UX), effective web design, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
- Photography, video and editing skills.
- Experience with website CMS (Wordpress).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights for marketing strategies.
