Due to growth of the conveyancing department we are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our firm. The candidate would be capable of managing their own residential caseload of 40 files including but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership.
About the role:
- Salary £45k+ dependent on experience
- Full time
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Office-based in our Whickham office
