The Role

The Client & Partnerships Executive is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of client projects from sales confirmation through to fulfilment, ensuring clear client communication, accurate project administration, effective coordination with internal teams, and high-quality Salesforce data management.

Working in-person in our Holborn office 4 days per week, with 1 day per week in our Hainault workshop.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Project management of sales orders to ensure successful fulfilment and delivery of projects, supporting the Client and Partnerships team to deliver major projects and taking responsibility for operational client communication.
  • Control of key project documents including signed sales order confirmation, official signed artwork and product designs, and other supporting documents
  • Liaison with customers and internal staff across the business
  • Support the Client and Partnerships Director and Client and Partnerships Managers with artwork creation process, order processing and fulfilment
  • Weekly attendance at Production meeting
  • Regular monitoring and review of production schedule with workshop management team
  • Monitor and manage customer complaints to ensure successful resolution
  • Support operational improvements to reduce issues, increase productivity and efficiency, to achieve cost savings and grow profits
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce for the company, ensuring forecasting and leads and opportunities are up to date and liaising with the Account Managers to ensure all contact details are correct.

Performing weekly data cleanses and working closely with the Head of Proposition Development to administer the database, so it is consistently up to date.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong project management experience, ideally within a sales order, client delivery, production/manufacturing, luxury, bespoke, or product-led environment.
  • Experience coordinating projects from sales confirmation through to fulfilment, delivery, and post-sale client support.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operational contact professionally and confidently.
  • High level of attention to detail when managing order details, artwork approvals, product specifications, client documents, and supporting records.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, client relationship, production, operations, artwork/design teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects, deadlines, priorities, and client expectations simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, including maintaining leads, opportunities, forecasts, contact records, and data quality.
  • Ability to monitor production schedules, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues appropriately to support successful delivery.
  • Confident handling customer enquiries, triaging incoming leads, supporting lead distribution, and managing customer complaints through to resolution.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability, with a focus on improving processes, reducing issues, increasing efficiency, and supporting profitability.
