The priceless pieces they create are packaged and presented immaculately at our London workshops, before being promptly delivered to our clients based all over the world.

About the Role

As part of a small marketing team, this role focuses on providing support to the Head of Proposition Development. This position suits someone who is highly organised, with previous marketing experience, gained ideally in the sports industry or has worked with premium or luxury brands.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing
    • Reviewing and updating Thomas Lyte press coverage on the website, actioning updates and new content
    • Support with creating copy for SEO and website updates and manage keyword list
    • Support Managing Suppliers and provide support with PPC strategic decision making
    • Manage the design team requests for the marketing department, on Trello
    • Producing new gallery items and case studies, planning offsite content strategy and updating Wikipedia & other online databases
  • Lead prospecting
  • Social Media
    • Quality control and assist with the planning of content strategy and ideation
    • Support with production of regular content and attend regular meetings to identify support needed
    • Implementing social media campaigns
  • Email Marketing
    • Assist in planning and execution of email marketing strategy, ensuring that branding expectations are met
    • Support Managing Suppliers and assist with content creation, using MailChimp
    • Produce mailing lists from Salesforce
  • Branding
    • Quality control, ensuring brand consistency across all areas of the business
    • Support on brand innovation projects
    • Assist Graphic Design team with sales deck copy
  • Videography, photography and graphic design
    • Supporting with videography, managing video shoots at the workshop
    • Support editing of graphics for all marketing purposes
    • Briefing and supporting photography team for all projects relevant to website updates
  • Data Analytics
    • Digesting SEO data and website performance data for strategy meetings, providing updates on performance at marketing strategy meetings
    • Support with updates to Salesforce
    • Setting up and maintaining SEO/PPC reporting software and suggest ways to optimise SEO/PPC strategy
    • Reporting for the weekly dashboard
  • Internal Communications
    • Develop an internal communications approach under the direction of the Head of Proposition Development and the HR Manager

Qualifications

Essential

  • 2-3+ years' experience in a junior marketing role
  • Passion for sport, and craft and a keen eye for trends amongst relevant audiences
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Creative, innovative, and collaborative, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using email marketing software (e.g. MailChimp)

Desirable

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working in marketing for a business-to-business (B2B) company
  • Experience leveraging the usefulness of AI (ChatGPT/Copilot etc) for a luxury/premium brand
  • Competency in producing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or another graphic design product
  • Hands-on experience producing video and multimedia content
