Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor - Bristol Based
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Location: Block Bristol, Pithay Ct, Bristol BS1 3BN
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, (35 hours per week)

You'll be joining a friendly, dynamic (wider) team of 70+ property professionals with over 15 years of success and a strong portfolio of high-net-worth clients and introducers across London and the Southwest.
Role Highlights:
- Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants
- Build relationships with key Estate Agents and Broker introducers
- Handle a varied portfolio of residential property deals
Requirements:
- 3 years PQE in residential property (desirable)
- Experience in freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing, transfer of equity
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ambition to grow and progress within the firm
