We're looking for someone with a technical background in electrical engineering ideally ONC-qualified or better to step into an internal sales role that's all about working smart, building relationships, and being the go-to person for solving customer problems.
What you'll do:
- Speak with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Help them find the right kit from stock or via alternatives
- Price it, quote it, and spot upsell opportunities
- Know your products and suppliers and when to source outside the box
- Keep things moving with updates on stock, delivery, pricing
- Build relationships that last and make a cracking impression doing it
- Take ownership of your own development training is there if you want it
What you'll need:
- ONC (or better) in electrical engineering preferred
- Confidence with customers and the commercial side of tech
- Methodical approach details matter here
- Good MS Office and data entry skills
- Ideally some electrical distribution experience (or worked in a similar technical sales or support role)
