This role is working for an automation manufacturer that supplies automation products and parts to specialist sectors like Pharma/Life Science.

Your Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will strategically identify and target significant market segments within the UK, developing and executing robust sales plans designed to drive substantial revenue growth. You will cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a pivotal link between their needs and our innovative solutions. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in driving new product development, ensuring our offerings align perfectly with customer and market requirements. What We're Looking For:
