Thomas Knyvett College in Ashford, England, invites applications for a Behaviour, Intervention & Pastoral Manager to join our Inclusion and Pastoral Team. This term-time role is 27.5 hours per week over 39 weeks a year, and includes day-to-day management of the Internal Suspension Room and targeted student support.
You will collaborate with Heads of Year, SEND and safeguarding staff to deliver pastoral interventions, restorative practice and mentoring, helping students overcome barriers to success.
