Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Renfrew for a Bench Hand Joiner. The individual in this role will be responsible for crafting bespoke joinery items, operating hand and power tools for joinery production, and performing finish carpentry tasks. Additional responsibilities include reading technical drawings, assembling complex joinery products with precision, and ensuring a high standard of craftsmanship in all work delivered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Framing techniques for joinery tasks
- Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools used in joinery production
- Skill in performing Finish Carpentry work with attention to detail
- Ability to accurately interpret and work from technical drawings
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Experience in bespoke joinery is advantageous
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in Joinery or Carpentry is preferred
