About the Role: We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong data-driven approach to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the company’s six social media accounts; planning, optimising, and producing engaging content for both organic and paid campaigns, with a strong focus on driving measurable results including engagement, traffic, and revenue contribution. The role will occasionally include weekend working hours for trade shows and exhibitions. An interest in outdoor, shooting, or technical product markets is highly advantageous. This is a mid-level role requiring proven experience managing brand social media accounts. Please include examples of social media accounts, campaigns, or content you have managed.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Creating and posting engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Community, TikTok
  • Production of short form vertical video content for platforms.
  • Optimising posts across each platform, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Maintaining a structured content calendar aligned with product launches, events, etc.
  • Monitoring and responding to engagement (comments, likes, shares, direct messages).
  • Reporting performance analysis to the Marketing Director.
  • Keeping up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

What We’re Looking For (Essential):

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, including social media analytics reporting.
  • Experience delivering measurable ROI from paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager essential).
  • Confidence shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign.

Desirable (But Not Essential): Experience with Google
