The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Partnerships Marketing Manager to deliver our partnerships marketing activity across key HR, Legal and Technology communities. This is a hands‑on delivery role responsible for executing an agreed partnerships marketing programme. You’ll ensure we remain consistently visible, relevant and valuable within partner communities through coordinated content, webinars, social activity, newsletters and events — while also driving measurable lead generation and sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product, Content and Design teams to deliver marketing programmes that strengthen our brand and support growth. You’ll inherit established plans and programs, giving you the opportunity to quickly add value while bringing fresh ideas to improve performance and scale what works.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver the agreed partnerships marketing plan across HR, Legal and Tech communities
- Act as the day‑to‑day marketing contact for partner communities, ensuring consistent and professional presence
- Coordinate the delivery of content into partner channels by briefing and managing subject matter experts and marketing content writers
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of webinars, including scheduling, speaker coordination, promotion and follow‑up
- Ensure regular brand visibility through partner newsletters, social feeds and community platforms
- Monitor community conversations to understand priorities, questions and engagement trends
- Work with the Marketing Program Manager to ideate and execute Thomas hosted partner events and support attendance and participation at partner events (virtual and in‑person)
- Ensure all activity includes appropriate lead capture and follow‑up
- Track leads generated from partner communities and support handover to Sales
- Maintain delivery calendars, monitor performance and share insights with Marketing and Partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Content, Design, Product and Sales
