Thomas Harvey Solicitors is a boutique Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Professional Negligence, Shareholder Disputes, Property Litigation, Contentious Probate, and General Commercial Litigation. We pride ourselves on delivering expert legal services with a client-focused approach.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis in North Leeds. This role requires someone with a minimum of two years of experience as a Paralegal in Litigation or a minimum of one year’s experience post qualifying the Bar Vocational Course (BVC). Key Responsibilities:

Legal Document Preparation & Review – Draft, review, and manage legal documents with precision.
Case Management – Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and assist with case progression.
Legal Research – Conduct in-depth research to support litigation cases.
Administrative Support – Assist with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
Client Communication – Engage professionally with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
Team Support – Work collaboratively with solicitors and colleagues to ensure smooth case handling.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of two years’ experience as a Paralegal in Litigation OR one year’s experience post completion of the Bar Vocational Course (BVC).
Strong legal document drafting and review skills.
Exceptional organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
