The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Due to continuing growth, we currently have an opportunity for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual to join the Sales Administration Team working in the capacity of New Vehicle Sales Administrator/Order Progress & Movement Planning. Working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm at our Liverpool head office.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager and working as part of a busy team at Head Office, the main purpose of the role is to process and complete all vehicle ordering, progress and taxation, ensuring all relevant procedures are adhered to.

Other duties will include:

  • Monitor & Control New Vehicle Sales Orderbank from Truck Ordering through to delivery to the customer, utilising Excel.
  • Booking Truck Movements & planning of 3rd party fitments.
  • Planning PDI dates in accordance with customer delivery dates.
  • Processing Truck damage claims.
  • New Fleet Truck Invoicing, Taxing & Debt Control.
  • Issuing POs using Orderwise PO system.
  • Month End Cost of Sales Reports.
  • New Vehicles Sales Team Admin Support.
  • Maintain and update Dealerpoint database and associated online systems in relation to the role.
  • Ensure online deal files are complete and have the applicable paperwork in accordance with audit procedure.
  • Stock control, utilising Excel.
  • Compile delivery packs/handover documents.
  • Admin Support - Thomas Hardie Vehicle Leasing.
  • General office duties/filing/reports and any other ad hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Previous experience required in Motor Trade Sales Admin or in Distribution planning / Industry planning or similar.
  • Be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • To have a flexible and well organised approach to work and changing priorities.
  • Work well under pressure and on their own initiative.
  • To be enthusiastic, motivated, and looking to develop their own skills.
  • To always act professionally and communicate effectively with different target groups, upholding the Thomas Hardie caring experience for customers at all times.
