Due to continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven New Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Head Office Sales Administration team, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. This role is vital to ensuring that every vehicle order is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time. It requires excellent organisational skills, confidence in following established procedures, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus on detail. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of following process in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will take ownership of the full vehicle order lifecycle, ensuring all internal processes and audit requirements are adhered to. Other duties will include:
- Processing New Truck Factory Orders
- Invoicing
- Taxing and Debt Control accurately and within deadlines
