An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, professional, and versatile individual to join the Aftermarket Department primarily based at our Trafford Park site working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Travel to other locations throughout the Northwest will also be required on an ad hoc basis.
Reporting to the Group Maintenance Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative support function to the group. Responsibilities of the role will include:
- To invoice and meet set hourly targets for agreed sites as required.
- To chase and maintain WIP.
- To control warranty & contract parts storage and Unified Claim Handling Scrapping Process.
- To conduct material audits.
- To control & process claim/material returns at specific depots when requested.
- To complete customer costs sheets and manage customer order processes.
- To assist with processing warranty/VCM administration as required.
- Provide reports and records to the Group Maintenance Contracts Manager upon request for service/customer requirements.
Required to be flexible for weekend work.
