An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, professional, and versatile individual to join the Contracts Department based at our Moorgate site, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Reporting to the Group Maintenance Contracts Manager, you will be assisting the Contract Maintenance Supervisors with ensuring that the Internal Contract costs and revenues are controlled and policed to ensure the correct profit and loss and assisting with providing reports and analysis to promote improvements within the contract portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist where required and deal with the day-to-day revenues and cost analysis relating to internal contracts.
- Assist with challenging via internal controls, repeat and rectification changes.
- Assist with undertaking warranty claims with 3rd party suppliers.
- Assist with administering the internal audit program.
- Prepare contract review packs and present 3rd party suppliers reviews.
- Act as “contract police force”.
- Weekly depot update report on VOSP alert system.
- Generate monthly revenue and analysis reports.
- Request and prepare contract renewals and quotations.
- Analyse and action excess mileage claims and charges.
- Re-plan and monitor service schedules within VOSP.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an administrative role; experience within the commercial vehicle industry would be an advantage.
- Confident and well organised with the ability to work well as part of a team as well as on their initiative and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word & Excel.
- A flexible work approach to Month End and able to travel to and work from other THC depots as required.
- Have a full and current UK driving licence.
