Summary: An energetic and dynamic higher level teaching assistant to primarily work with SEN and EAL children in a specialised area of the school.
About the role:
- Co‑ordinate, plan and deliver intervention programmes for SEN individuals with a particular focus on engagement.
- Monitor and track progress for students participating in the programmes and report data to the SENCo.
- Ability to complete numeracy and literacy intervention work up to GCSE level.
- Monitoring engagement with 'The Hub' space and time spent there.
