Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's approach to health, safety and technical compliance during a period of sustained growth. You will lead the development and delivery of the Group Health & Safety Strategy, strengthening governance, assurance and operational risk management across multiple business divisions.
Responsibilities include oversight of high-risk maintenance and construction activities, contractor management, statutory compliance, incident investigations and the development of robust assurance frameworks. A key focus will be building capability across the wider business, developing a high-performing safety function and embedding a culture where operational excellence, commercial performance and safety are closely aligned.
You will also support major contract mobilisations, strategic bids and client relationships, ensuring safety remains central to future expansion. The successful candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience within facilities management, property services or similarly complex, occupied operational environments.
A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) alongside relevant professional membership is expected.
