We are representing a multi award winning Contractor Developer client who deliver regeneration and affordable housing schemes. A privately owned business with an open and transparent approach to working with clients, they deliver residentially focused projects which are typically apartment led and of RC frame, with some traditional build including the occasional low rise housing job.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Planning Manager to play a key role in progressing residential projects from land acquisition to planning approval.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage planning projects from acquisition to determination
- Provide strategic planning advice to support land acquisition and development strategy
- Manage planning budgets and programmes, coordinating external consultants and advisors
- Liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies, and key stakeholders
- Support project delivery through effective communication, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration
- Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline if preferable.
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system and local government processes.
- Proven track record in delivering successful planning applications and appeals.
