Job Description
Our client is known for their production of high-quality bespoke homes across Surrey and into Sussex. They are currently experiencing a period of growth in which we are looking to introduce a Technical Manager to take lead on the new sites throughout Sussex as well as help manage the technical team.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in UK housebuilding, with a minimum of three years’ experience overseeing residential developments from inception through to completion.
Working closely with the highly regarded Head of Technical, the opportunity requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
