We are proud to be partnering with one of the region’s leading 5-star developers, who are experiencing sustained growth and are now seeking to appoint a Technical Manager to join their already high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of live developments across Hampshire and West Sussex, while also playing a key strategic role within the wider business.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in volume housebuilding, with a minimum of three years’ experience overseeing residential developments from inception through to completion.
