Technical Manager

Our client is a well-established and reputable Residential Developer operating throughout the Northern Home Counties, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing developments.

They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their expanding Technical team, focusing on a particularly complex and high-profile project.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a distinctive scheme and contribute significantly to its successful delivery.

Key experience required :

• Proven background in residential development, particularly in a Technical or Design Management capacity.
• Demonstrable experience with refurbishment and conversion of Listed Buildings .
• A strong understanding of the sensitivities and constraints when working with heritage and conservation assets .
• Some exposure to structural engineering principles , with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants and navigate technical challenges.
