This position offers exposure to land acquisition, planning and wider development activity, working closely with senior stakeholders, consultants and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Manage critical date schedules and track actions to ensure development deadlines are met.
- Bid Support: Prepare land stacks, appraisals, and pre-exchange documentation.
- Due Diligence: Source Land Registry data and title plans to facilitate accurate offers.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for agents, solicitors, and local authorities.
- Brand Management: Update corporate digital channels and coordinate agent networking events and budgets.
