We are partnering with an agile, well-capitalised SME developer based in South West London with an active pipeline. This particular appointment focuses on a flagship £300m GDV mixed-use scheme comprising a luxury hotel and villas. With planning granted and finance already in place, the Senior Development Manager will take a lead role in driving the project forward.
You will be responsible for navigating the final legals, overseeing the transition into the build phase and maintaining rigorous control over the project numbers to ensure commercial success.
