We are partnering with a growing investment and advisory business operating within the affordable housing and residential property sector, as they look to strengthen their analytics and reporting team with the appointment of an Accounts Analyst. This opportunity sits within a highly commercial and fast-evolving environment, supporting the performance and reporting of large residential investment portfolios on behalf of institutional investors, housing providers and funding partners.
The role will focus on analysing portfolio performance, rental income, arrears and investment returns, whilst supporting the production of detailed reporting packs and financial insight for senior stakeholders and external clients. You’ll also gain exposure to shared ownership portfolios, staircasing activity and wider operational performance across housing assets.
A key part of the position is using data to provide meaningful commercial insight, helping senior leadership understand portfolio trends, performance risks and opportunities for improvement. The business is heavily investing in technology and AI-led reporting tools, giving the team the ability to deliver smarter and more efficient analysis across large datasets.
