We are working closely with an SME developer to strengthen their marketing team with a Social Media Manager. We are looking for a proactive and driven character, ideally with previous housing or property experience, to assist in the growth of both online engagements and ultimately, business leads. You will have full autonomy to deliver new campaigns with weekly travel to live and previous housing developments.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all Social Media platforms via Planable – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
- Managing Paid Social Media campaigns / Ad manager proficient across the SM Management Systems.
- Proficient with WordPress.
- Basic SEO understanding.
- Providing Analytics and Monthly reporting / KPI.
- Updating Websites.
- Content writing for all SM platforms (Reels / TikTok, Shorts).
- Attending our locations for content on a weekly basis or as and when necessary.
- IT proficient with Content Creation tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry level required L3/L4 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship CIM L3.
