Major Hospital Projects (£20m+)

We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver high-profile hospital projects across the London area. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare schemes (£20m+ in value) from inception through to handover.

The Role

You will take the lead on hospital developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This position requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, client-facing confidence, and the ability to build trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders and design partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of large hospital projects, driving programme, budget and quality.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Lead and develop project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with H&S, CDM and environmental standards.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks and opportunities.

About You:

  • Experience delivering major hospital or healthcare projects (£20m+) for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts and healthcare sector standards.
  • Confident communicator, able to chair meetings and present to clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage large project teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Professional qualifications (degree level or equivalent).
