This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales Director/Head of Sales to take ownership of a high-performing region delivering c.750+ units annually, with major anchor developments across Surrey and Sussex.
Leading a team of 20+, you’ll play a key role in reshaping the sales and marketing function—bringing fresh energy, strategic flair, and a focus on best practice to drive performance. This role offers the scope to make a real impact within a dynamic, forward-thinking housebuilder and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in volume residential development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership and results delivery—especially those open to relocating for the next big step in their career.

Key responsibilities:
Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and quality
Manage sales leads and conversion rates, driving performance through marketing activity
Ensure the sales function supports NHBC 5* status through exceptional service delivery
Lead and monitor the full Customer Journey, promoting consistency and compliance
Uphold Health & Safety standards for both staff and customers in line with company policy
Work closely with Construction and Operations to maintain standards and achieve legal completions
Champion best practices across the region, driving efficiencies, setting budgets, and supporting growth
Control and optimise the marketing budget to maximise revenue and operating profit
Deliver timely and accurate performance and competitor reports to support pricing strategies
Present key updates and insights at Board Meetings, contributing to strategic decisions
Support land acquisition with detailed market research and input into site mix and layout
Manage plot release strategy to align with build targets and profitability goals
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform regional planning
