Relocation Opportunity – Estimating Manager (Luxury Retail & Hospitality Fit-Out – Joinery)

An established and respected organisation within the high-end fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join their team. This role presents an exciting relocation opportunity for a commercially astute and technically competent professional with a proven background in luxury retail, hospitality, or F&B interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all estimation-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of competitive bids

• Interpret and analyse tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications

• Prepare and review bills of quantities, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns

• Manage and develop the estimating team, including workload planning and performance monitoring

• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and cost control functions to align with project execution needs

• Oversee supplier pre-qualification processes and maintain an updated supplier database

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of estimating policies and procedures

• Provide commercial and contractual insights to support strategic decision-making

Candidate Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally within luxury retail fit-out; F&B or hospitality sectors also considered

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and complex estimation processes

• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

• Background in joinery or high-end interior fit-out preferred

• GCC experience is advantageous but not mandatory
