An established and respected organisation within the high-end fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join their team. This role presents an exciting relocation opportunity for a commercially astute and technically competent professional with a proven background in luxury retail, hospitality, or F&B interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all estimation-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of competitive bids
- Interpret and analyse tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns
- Manage and develop the estimating team, including workload planning and performance monitoring
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and cost control functions to align with project execution needs
- Oversee supplier pre-qualification processes and maintain an updated supplier database
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of estimating policies and procedures
- Provide commercial and contractual insights to support strategic decision-making
Candidate Requirements:
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally within luxury retail fit-out; F&B or hospitality sectors also considered
