Our client is known for their delivery of bespoke, high-end residential projects across Berkshire. We are looking to introduce a driven individual to help responsibility across the Technical & Design Function. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CAD is highly desirable and considered essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of internal fit-out specifications
- Some experience with design development and specification preparation
- Ability to use CAD for internal design adjustments and basic carpentry design details
- Experience carrying out administrative duties and supporting design tasks
- Managing purchaser variations, including obtaining costings, coordinating payments, instructing trades, and supporting purchaser satisfaction
- Coordinating pre-start meetings with trades and monitoring internal fit-out details throughout the construction stage
- Supporting design reviews and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies where appropriate
