We are recruiting on behalf of a growing architectural practice with a strong track record in delivering high-density residential and mixed-use schemes. They are now seeking a capable Project Associate to join their London team and take ownership of the design development and delivery of key projects, acting as a bridge between senior leadership and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to maintain design quality, budget, and programme alignment.
  • Lead day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with UK planning and building regulations.
  • Oversee technical detailing, documentation, and contractor coordination, particularly during delivery phases.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of best practices across the team.
  • Support client relationships and contribute to presentations and project reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • ARB-registered Architect with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Significant experience in UK-based residential architecture, including project delivery.
  • Strong technical and coordination skills with a solid understanding of RIBA Work Stages 3–5.
  • Revit proficiency is essential – must have hands-on BIM experience on live projects.
  • Good working knowledge of UK planning frameworks, building regulations, and housing standards.
  • Proactive, organised, and confident in a leadership role with client and team interfaces.
