Working directly with the Managing Director, we are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead, mentor and drive the regional commercial team on a daily basis. This is a strategic appointment open to established Heads of Commercial, as well as ambitious Commercial Managers, Chief Surveyors and Managing Quantity Surveyors looking for their next progressive step.
To succeed, you must bring a proven track record within volume residential development alongside strong leadership capabilities. The ability to collaborate, integrate and communicate effectively with cross-functional disciplines across land, technical and construction is essential to ensure seamless regional delivery.
