Thomas Gray is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist consultancy as they look to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their Fire Safety department during an exciting period of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation for delivering complex fire and building safety projects across the residential sector.

As the team continues to expand, they’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who enjoys taking ownership, leading projects and building strong relationships with both clients and contractors.

You’ll oversee the successful delivery of multiple fire safety projects from inception through to completion, managing programmes, contractor performance, quality and commercial outcomes while supporting and developing a team of Project Managers.

Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards.

We’re looking for someone with a proven background in managing fire safety or passive fire protection contracts, strong commercial awareness and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.

Previous leadership experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach are essential.
