This is a hands-on operational role focused on the risks faced by frontline operatives and contractors delivering repairs, maintenance and investment works across occupied residential buildings.

Working from a client-side perspective, you will support the monitoring and assurance of both external contractors and internal DLO teams, helping to maintain safe working practices, strong compliance standards and effective risk management across day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include audits, inspections and site visits across estates and active work sites, supporting contractor assurance activity and monitoring compliance with CDM Regulations.

A key part of this role will be to provide advice to operational teams and contribute to continuous improvement across safety performance. You will join a friendly, collaborative and well-resourced team where health & safety is genuinely valued and embedded into operational delivery.

The organisation promotes an excellent work-life balance, offering 34 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working hours and hybrid/home working arrangements. With a portfolio concentrated within a small geographical area, typically within a 10-mile radius allowing for greater work-life balance and minimal time spent travelling between sites.
