Thomas Gray is currently supporting an established property management organisation, recognised for delivering high-quality, service-led management across a portfolio of high-quality residential developments. As part of continued investment in building safety and compliance, they are seeking a Building Safety Case Manager to join their growing Building Safety team. This is a key appointment that will support the delivery of Building Safety Case management across a portfolio of Higher-Risk Buildings, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act and helping to create safe, well-managed communities.

Working closely with an experienced Building Safety team, specialist consultants and operational colleagues, you will take ownership of coordinating Building Safety Cases from initial review through to submission. Acting as a central point of expertise, you will support Property Managers and on-site teams, oversee the flow of information between internal stakeholders and external consultants and help ensure Safety Case Reports are delivered accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

A key focus of the role will be maintaining accurate building safety records and supporting the Golden Thread of information, ensuring documentation is current, compliant and readily available to support operational decision-making.

We are seeking a proactive and organised safety professional with experience within residential property management or the wider building safety sector. You will have a sound understanding of the Building Safety Act and current fire safety legislation, experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects and the confidence to build strong working relationships across both operational and technical teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation where building safety is a genuine business priority. You'll be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team, with ongoing investment in your professional development, exposure to complex and varied residential schemes and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a business that is committed to continuous improvement, innovation and delivering the highest standards of property management.
