Overview
You will lead technically complex recladding remediation and refurbishment projects for a London-based contractor. In this hybrid role, you will deliver Building Safety Regulation (BSR) works with an autonomous, contract-focused approach and direct involvement with Gateway 2 processes. You will collaborate with site and project teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery while maintaining safety standards. This is an opportunity to shape safety-driven refurbishment programs within a demanding, real-world environment.
Responsibilities
- deliver BSR works autonomously on recladding and refurbishment projects
- manage Building Safety Applications and Gateway 2 compliance
- coordinate with site teams, clients, and stakeholders
- conduct site visits as required to support delivery and safety audits
- ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across projects
- lead technical decision-making and governance for safety-related works
- identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive timely, quality outcomes
- contribute to continuous improvement of safety and delivery processes
