Key Responsibilities- Oversee the technical, engineering, and architectural design processes from planning approval through to construction completion.
- Manage, brief, and coordinate external consultant teams, ensuring all technical packages are accurate, compliant, and delivered to strict deadlines.
- Act as the technical lead on high-efficiency fabric designs, zero-carbon initiatives, and complex services integration.
- Resolve intricate site queries, working in close collaboration with the commercial and production teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure all designs meet or exceed current building regulations, warranty provider standards, and strict internal sustainability frameworks.
- Timber Frame & SIP Expertise: Proven experience in managing residential schemes utilising timber frame and Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction methods is essential.

- Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of technical management experience with a residential developer, main contractor, or consultancy background.
