We are currently working with a well-established and community-focused housing organisation with a growing residential portfolio across North London. With a strong emphasis on estate standards, resident wellbeing and compliance, the organisation is looking to strengthen its Estate Operations team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining high standards across multiple estates. You will carry out regular inspections, ensure communal areas are clean, safe and compliant and take ownership of resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Working closely with internal teams and contractors, you will monitor estate performance, manage actions from fire risk assessments and support the delivery of key health & safety requirements. You will also build positive relationships with residents, helping to create a safe and well-managed living environment.

We are seeking a proactive and organised estates professional with experience in inspections, estate or facilities management and a solid understanding of health & safety. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in maintaining and improving estate standards.
