Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Land Buyer with local knowledge, a strong interest in the residential market, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires working from our client\'s London office a couple of days each week, along with one weekly visit to their Hampshire location.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in land acquisition (or related property roles), who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on exposure to the full land buying lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating land opportunities for residential development in London and across the Southern Home Counties.
- Build and maintain relationships with land agents, owners, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Support in carrying out initial site assessments, planning reviews, and market research.
- Help prepare financial appraisals and reports to support offers and board-level decisions.
- Assist in negotiations and acquisition processes, learning from senior team members.
- Liaise with internal Planning, Technical, and Commercial teams to help bring sites from acquisition through to delivery.
